Newtons Removal Services

We contacted Newtons on a Saturday morning after struggling to hire any box vans. Carl came out that same day to provide a quotehe was friendly, professional, and confidently reassured us that they could handle our rather cluttered house. Based on this, we booked them immediately.

On moving day, Newtons arrived promptly at 8:30. Within an hour, they had all our boxes neatly packed. They took care to bag the mattresses to keep them clean, packed the TVs in protective bags, and had the whole house cleared by lunchtime. While we waited for the keys to our new home, they took their lunch break.

By the time we arrived at the new house, they were already there. The house wasn't quite ready, so they had to wait a little while before they could start unloadingbut they were incredibly patient. Once they got going, the speed and efficiency with which they moved everything in was truly impressive.

We cant thank them enough for turning such a daunting process into a smooth and stress-free experience. Every member of the team was friendly and treated our belongings with care. Special thanks to Neil for running such a fantastic teamits clear the high standards start at the top. We would highly recommend Newtons to anyone planning a move.

A 5 star service if ever there was one. The guys worked through the hottest day of the year so far. They were amazing. Polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.we thought that they had underestimated the size of the move, but no, they used every square inch of the two vans. It was like Tetris and the won hands down.

The team at Newtons Removal Service did such a fantastic job at getting our belongings to our new home. They were very careful and made sure to check where we wanted things every step of the way. There was a long waiting period before completion and they communicated clearly with us and were so patient and upbeat despite the long and very hot day! The manager even came to help after the delays pushed the move late into the evening. I cant recommend this team enough you will be in good hands.

This was our first house move for 17 years and the service and professionalism from Neil and Danny made the whole experience a lot less stressful.
We moved out of a small cottage and any logistical issues due to tight spaces, and issues dismantling furniture (rounded screw heads!) were solved with no fuss. We even got support dealing with our sellers delays in exiting the property and their removal team which was massively appreciated.

We would not hesitate to recommend Newtons Removal Services. The two lads that moved our house contents (Neil and Carl) worked really hard and went above and beyond to support and help us on what was a very stressful day! To cut a long story short the house we moved to was still full of furniture and boxes etc on our arrival. Neil and Carl ended up not only moving all our gear but most of the stuff from the other house as well!

What a great company. After been scammed by a man with a van on Facebook I contacted Newtons Removal Services, and I can honestly say it was the best thing I did. They were truly accommodating as I was contacting them last minute. They arrived on time and got straight to it, they were nice and kind at a time that was extremely stressful and looked after all my items in the move. From the quote to the move the service has been great. Carl came to do the quote and was very friendly whilst professional and no question was unanswered. Claire who does the admin side of things was lovely and friendly. The team of 4 on the day, N,C,T&K, were fantastic, I believe it was K's first day on the job too. Reassuring me all the way. My sofa would not go in the new property but the team are coming back o sort this. All in all I was pleased with everything and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service the gentlemen who came to do removal for my mum and dad today they were so friendly, helpful and quick as well. They even helped take some of the little things in the van as well as all the white goods and furniture which was a big help as we didn't have much to take in our cars. Would highly recommend and use again if we ever needed to move.

Everything, the team did more than us and a lot more than the original removal guys (should have done). Maybe you need to show certain companies how to do things ie pack a van and only doing the one trip - not how to fleece people. Thank you all very much for everything
And I got my bedroom furniture with clothes in them!!!!

We used this removal company after seeing them on facebook. There were 3 removal men who were very polite and friendly. They got all our stuff (3 bedroom house contents) in their van which i was amazed at. The best part was that they disassembled and reassembled 2 huge office style bunk beds - which we were dreading. That alone was worth the money. Would use again.
