MoveStore were great from start to finish. Their booking process was really quick and easy, and the packers were really great as well: thorough, careful and efficient. Everyone we dealt with, from admin to packers, were super polite, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. It made the whole moving process far less stressful. Highly recommend.

From the first contact with the team, they were so helpful, organised, and professional. The virtual tour in advance was really easy to do as they planned the move and scoped out what would happen and the cost. The mover team were lovely, nothing was a bother, and the day went like clockwork. Our move involved moving an office, including taking apart and rebuilding desks, and moving to two locations. They made sure all parts of the job were complete before signing it off. Great value for money and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use again and recommend them.

Using MoveStore was the best decision I made when moving from Dyce to Edinburgh. Cameron kept me informed as to what was happening and Andy and Eric were superbat loading up all my stuff and transporting it safely to storage in Edinburgh. They were very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. The subsequent delivery from storage to my flat in Edinburgh went smoothly too. I would have no hesitation in recommending MoveStore as they made the move stress- free.

Movestore is a really good choice for a movers. Cameron who assesses what you need is focused and understands the details and complexity of the move. The packing service for glass and fragile stuff, pictures and furniture is exceptional. They take real care. The team who move you led by Eric are calm, friendly and warm and very understanding if you are tense or worried. Thanks to Eric, Lewis, Ali, James for all their careful work. Worth every penny.

Great experience moving long distance, quoted over a video call, all very efficient kept us posted what was happening once booked with them. On the day they went around property with us checking what was going what was staying. They laid down floor protectors and took shoes off for going up and down stairs very polite friendly and respectful of property and goods. Moving into property again same care taken with floors etc fast service and put everything where we wanted. Thanks so much took away a big headache for us.

I cannot recommend MoveStore enough if you are looking to move in Edinburgh! As it was my first time moving I was really unsure of exactly what I would need. Cameron organised a video call to determine how many boxes I would need and give me a very reasonable quote. On the day of moving the team were bang on time and very accommodating. They had all my goods moved very quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service - I truly cannot recommend them enough!

Great experience with nice store in November of last year. Organised a fairly straight forward move at short notice, clear communication, professional service, competitive price vs other quotes we had received. Highly recommended. I was needing a company to move, store and move again my household effects as a result of selling my property about five months before my new-build was going to be complete. I did considerable research into the removals and storage market and selected MoveStore on a combination of price, reviews and first-class communications with James Morris. My circumstances have changed which means that I am no longer needing a removal/storage service, but I have no doubt that MoveStore would have provided an excellent service.

We have never used a removals company before but chose to use MoveStore to help us move from our flat to new house. The whole experience has been fantastic, from the video call to discuss the items to be moved, to the email communication and on the moving day, the guys were extremely professional, respectful and friendly.
